Today, I am finally releasing a rather large project that has taken me longer than I hope: a list of an NHL prospect for each team that’s playing in Europe that’s worth watching. Yep, you got that right, for each NHL team, I have found a prospect worth watching that is in a European league. I don't think anything more really needs to be said, so let's dive in.
